Chef Tom Wolfe has teamed up with the New Orleans Hotel Collection, to carry on the tradition of unsurpassed contemporary New Orleans cuisine. Chef Wolfe, in his 25 years of cooking, has won Gold Medals for Food at the New Orleans Wine and Food Experience, hosted dinners at the James Beard House in New York, has been labeled a “Rising Star Chef” and was named one of “five chefs to watch” in the United States by John Miriani of Esquire Magazine. Chef Wolfe is known for his personality and makes the demonstrations he puts on unforgettable!

Class: Hands-On and Demonstration Cooking Cajun and Creole Cuisine
Learn the history behind this incredible cuisine and where it was invented. Choose one of the following dishes and learn how the locals do it:
- Blackened Redfish
- Red Beans and Rice with Smoked Sausage
- Shrimp Creole
- Chicken and Andouille Jambalaya
With a minimum of 20 paid guests, we can put this on for you for only $35 per person inclusive of taxes and gratuity and $55 per person for a hands-on cooking demonstration.
Each of your guests will leave with a good understanding of how to prepare the dish demonstrated, plus a glass of wine during the demonstration, ice tea, soft drinks & coffee will be offered along with a take-home recipe card and a healthy tasting of the dish.

Chef Wolfe can offer a variety of three hour Cooking Classes each of which takes your group on a culinary tour of a “Chefs world” as we prepare a seated lunch that you will enjoy at the end of your kitchen “practical.”

The Private Luncheon Hands-On Class
With a minimum of 15 paid guests, we can put this on for only $105 per person inclusive of taxes. Each guest will receive a three course lunch, plus a glass of wine. Ice Tea, Soft drinks and coffee will be included. Guests will also receive a Wolfe’s / New Orleans Hotel Collection Cooking School apron and a signed Recipe booklet .
