New Orleans Jazz: Third Thursday Jazz with Robin Barnes
The New Orleans Hotel Collection presents a monthly series of Jazz performances, showcasing rising local talent and the unique venues of the New Orleans Hotel Collection.
“Third Thursday Jazz” is a series of performances on the third Thursday of each month and will rotate amongst the hotels and venues of the collection.
- All performances begin at 5:30pm and last until 8pm.
- There is no cover charge.
- Cocktails & beverages will be available for purchase.
Local vocalist, Robin Barnes, will launch the series. Born and raised in New Orleans, Robin has spent her entire life cultivating her love of music. As lead vocalist of the Soul Heirs, she has had the great honor of performing with New Orleans jazz greats, such as Kermit Ruffins and Charlie Moore. With inspiration that encompasses the soulful musings of Etta James, the fierce stage presence of Irma Thomas, and the earnest heartbreak of Adele, Robin is on a path of musical rejuvenation.
